OUR PLAN:

Enhanced Sanitation / Sanitizer Stations
All venues and workspaces used by Psalm Theatrics will undergo professional deep cleanings and receive a comprehensive viral disinfectant fogging prior to re-opening. Our venues will continue to undergo rigorous daily cleanings, with increased disinfecting procedures on all high touch surfaces throughout. All venues have sanitizer stations installed at convenient locations including points of entry, common areas, offices, elevator, dressing rooms, stage area, instruments, props, costumes, and restroom entrances

The venues and workspaces that Psalm Theatrics uses all participants are required to wear protective face coverings. All Psalm Theatrics participants and volunteers whose job scope requires interacting and/or transactions with the public are required to wear protective face coverings, shield, and gloves at all times while on duty. All cast members during rehearsals will wear face masks until performances and will be in six feet blocking social distance.
Temperature Checks/Health Screenings

During rehearsals, the performers and production team will receive another temperature check half way through the rehearsal period and at intermission of the LIVE STREAM or IN PERSON shows.

Opportunity for Contact-less Public Experience
The venues used by Psalm Theatrics will offer the ability to enjoy art with a contact-less experience. Our security and door staff will open the main entrance doors for all members of the public. There will be contactless ticket scanning for entry. We will not use any playbill of any kind, but audience members can access it online.
Ushers will open and close theatre doors at appropriate times for entry/exit to the show, and concession/food & beverage service will be provided to patrons with a contact-less option.
Any product that we usually sale (t-shirts and show soundtracks) will be advertised online and will let people know prior to the shows they can buy those online.
Social Distancing Policies
Psalm Theatrics will implement crowd control measures to allow for responsible social distancing. These include early entry into theatres to keep lobbies clear, controlled intermission and end of show dismissals, limited access to galleries and event spaces, and new floor plans and seating plots across all foundation venues and workspaces. When in lines, patrons will be encouraged to leave space and remain socially distant and our workspaces will be retooled to allow for socially distant workstations.
During the rehearsals and blocking of the performances there performers will also practice six feet spacing and non-contact during a performance.
Reduced Venue and Workspace Capacities
All Psalm Theatrics venues and workspaces that we use will operate at a reduced capacity, determined by public health and government officials, with seating plots and floor plans designed to maintain social distance requirements. We will plan to have no more than thirteen participants including ten cast members maximum, the director/accompanist, stage manager, and the drummer during our rehearsals/performances as our productions for now will be streamed virtually.
When we are allowed to open up, we will only allow up to 25 audience members, per show with still having up to 10 cast members and a director/accompanist, stage manager, and drummer.
Increased Preparedness Training for Foundation Staff, Resident Organizations, and Volunteers
All Psalm Theatrics staff, cast members, musicians, and volunteers will receive enhanced Covid-19 mitigation training focusing on best practices in social distancing, sanitation and hygiene, transacting with the public, and communications.
